Your role

 

You will join our ‘lead acquisition’ team in charge of purchasing leads on behalf of our clients. This 10-person team currently manages a monthly budget of approx. EUR 1 million across various channels: Search, Affiliation, Display, Coreg, etc.

You will be responsible for defining and developing our purchasing strategy via the ‘Native’ and ‘RTB’ channels and will report to your superior and top management.

You will be in charge of 5 key client portfolios on these channels, all of which have a global reach. The geographical areas covered are: US, Canada, Australia, LATAM, Brazil, Europe and Japan.

You will optimise and develop these channels in order to attract qualified traffic and maximise the number of conversions with management by ROI.

You will monitor competitive intelligence and spearhead proposals regarding these new levers and shifts in consumer behaviour.

You will be involved in ergonomic improvements to the site to optimise the conversion tunnel by setting up UX tests via dedicated tools.

 

 

Your profile

You have a business degree (5 years’ higher education at a business school) or a postgraduate degree in marketing, communication or IT, plus 5 to 10 years’ professional experience in the digital/e-commerce sector as a procurement specialist with an international focus;

As well as liking e-commerce and marketing, you are proactive and have an entrepreneurial spirit;

You are excellent with numbers and have a very ROI-oriented vision of current and future actions;

You have a solid grasp of technical terminology (internet, SEO and SEM);

You can process data efficiently in Excel;

You can respond quickly and anticipate change;

You are able to manage stress and deadlines well; you have a well-thought-out approach to tasks, prioritisation, proactivity, time management, you communicate effectively and appropriately depending on your interlocutor (technical and sales);

You are methodical with a real sense of analysis and strong communication skills to deal with people from different backgrounds.

You speak fluent English.
